Here is what you will be doing with us:
You will be the first point of contact with our community. Whether you create a world-class community program, manage and execute top player support, or present the latest game news to our audience, Customer Excellence is your driving passion.
You also represent our community as a stakeholder by assisting multiple departments with your key insights.
Improve existing customer support tools and processes to future-proof for significant growth.
Manage incoming customer support requests and ensure a timely response with high satisfaction.
Inform the community about game news and development in various formats, including live presentations.
Enable the community with programs that lead to customer-driven growth.
Manage social media channels and spot improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain excellent rapport with the community on various channels.
Extensive customer support experience (e.g., Zendesk).
Hands-on experience with community management, including tools and knowledge of community management best practices.
Ability to work with deadlines in a multicultural environment to achieve clear goals.
Good organization skills to concurrently work on multiple projects while getting results.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
